The Chabannes Hotel (also known as Flers Hotel) is located on Place des Vosges, in the 4th arrondissement of the capital.
This mansion was built at the same time as the development of the royal square whose plans were drawn up by Louis Métezeau, in the first years of the seventeenth century.
The building, located at number 17, on the west side, is one of the 38 stone and brick pavilions in the square. Its facades and roofs were classified in 1920, its staircase with a wrought iron banister in 1953 and the vaulted gallery on the ground floor in 1955.
Private property, the hotel de Chabannes can not be visited. It can however be included in the program of a visit to the Marais, the famous historic district of Paris. Information on +33 1 49 52 42 63.
