On the unspoilt site of the Fishermen's Island, you can put down your suitcases in a quiet corner and practice water activities of your choice. By direct access to the pond of Leucate to practice windsurfing, windsurfing or kitesurfing as well as padlating. You can walk to La Grande Plage in 20 minutes for swimming or discover the Barcarès site by bike along the many cycle paths. Regarding the interior layout of the house, you will find a central room with a round table and 4 chairs, a fully equipped kitchen and the possibility to relax on an armchair and sofa. The TV is mounted on the wall. All appliances are installed. On either side of this room is a bedroom. The first has a double bed as well as an armchair, a TV and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds with a comfortable piece of furniture and next to it is a bathroom with shower and sink and another toilet. Outside there is a table for four people and a large wooden table in the shade of a mulberry plane tree. A Weber electric barbecue is available as well as garden furniture. You will be seduced by the site of Port Barcares: a dynamic holiday resort ideally located between the Pyrenees mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, protected by the Corbières mountains. Of course, you can go on excursions in the Pyrenees and why not hike to the Canigou Massif. Everyone will find their well-being according to their preferences or passions. The marina for Jet-ski or boat rental, the beaches and all the shops are accessible on foot or by bike in a few minutes. The many car parks are all free along the 8 km of beach.
