105 rue des Marchands - Apt

Beautiful apartment on the first floor of an 18th century townhouse, with huge windows and plenty of character.

The apartment has a spacious lounge and dining area with fully equipped modern kitchen. The lounge has a three seat sofa (that converts into a sofa bed) and an armchair. The TV connects to French channels but also has connections and you can cast to it if you bring your own device. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. There is all of the equipment you need to cook and a full set of crockery, cutlery and glassware. The dining table seats four. The bright and airy double bedroom has a queen bed (160x200cm), it's super comfy and comes with all bedding and linen (big duvets in winter, flat top sheets in summer, and a range of pillows). The bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and comfy chair and looks out onto the courtyard - lovely and quiet - and has privacy curtains and heavy curtains to block out the light. The en-suite bathroom has a powerful shower over bath, a sink, WC and heated towel rail. There are plenty of quality soft towels provided as well as dressing gowns. The apartment has tiled floors throughout and shutters on the lounge windows (South facing) to keep things cool in summer. Guests in our two apartments have use of the gorgeous internal courtyard - perfect for relaxing at any time of day amongst lush plants and a fountain. There are chairs and tables, and in warmer months a beautiful antique day bed. There's a washing machine, large freezer and plenty of ice from our machine - as well as space for bicycle and boot storage in our utility room, located off the courtyard. Here you'll also find games, books, emergency toiletries and washing baskets.

Free fast wifi (100mb/s) and plenty of local information will help you make the most of your time here. There's so much to explore in Provence. The house has central heating so the apartments are available all year round. Plenty of free parking within a few minutes walk. The apartment is self-catering, but all of the linen and towels are provided in the rental price, as well as essentials to get you started - tea, coffee, milk, washing up liquid, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, loo roll, kitchen towel, basic cleaning products and laundry detergent for the washing machine. We don't add on any cleaning charges as we clean between each guest - we just ask that you leave the apartment tidy and remove your rubbish.

We have other accommodation in the same building, which can be hired together. Located right in the heart of Apt, on a quiet pedestrian street, within walking distance of bakeries, cafes and restaurants. On a Saturday you'll step out into one of the biggest and most vibrant markets in Provence. There's so much to explore in Provence - hire a bike or a car and within minutes you'll be immersed in lavender fields and vineyards. Free wifi and plenty of local information will help you make the most of your time here.

Exceptional accommodation
I had the pleasure of staying at Cent Cinq in July with some friends and I have to say the accommodation was absolutely beautiful, tastefully done with French themes running through the whole apartments. The courtyard was stunning and a wonderful place to sit and relax with a glass of wine after a busy day sight seeing. Jenny and Chris are wonderful and could not have done any more to make us feel welcome than they did. I have no hesitation in recommending Cent Cinq as a top class, wonderful holiday destination perfectly situated in the beautiful town of Apt.

Cent-cinq
We had the pleasure of staying at Cent -Cinq for 3 nights. We had booked apartment 1 and were absolutely amazed at the eye to detail that had been given to the quality of the furnishings and decor - From the bedroom to the ensuite, furniture and linens were of the highest quality. The kitchen was well appointed and the open aspect of the kitchen lounge diner was relaxing and spacious - Apt is well situated to explore the regions markets, restaurants and vineyards - I highly recommend staying at Cent-Cinq and will definitely be booking again.

A lovely place to stay, we'll be back!
Beautiful renovated apartment in the centre of historic Apt, with all mod cons. It's well situated for shopping, bars and restaurants and especially market day, as its literally on your door step. Jen and Chris, the owners, gave us a warm welcome and their local knowledge really helped make this stay special. The facilities are first rate and everything is to a very high standard, whilst remaining relaxed and homely. We'll definitely be going back soon.

Everything We Didn't Know We Wanted
Our trip was a postponement due to covid, so the first thing to say is that Jen & Chris were amazingly accommodating about having to reschedule. The entire booking & rescheduling process was simple and straightforward. In preparation for arrival, all sorts of useful information was provided up-front, and any questions were promptly and fully answered. In terms of admin, we couldn't have asked for anything more. The apartment itself was so much more than we expected. Despite having perused the website and and seen all the visuals, it was another experience to step into Cent Cinq. We had everything we could have wanted in terms of the kitchen facilities, technology and supplies provided; and the place was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and wholly welcoming. The location in the centre of Apt was perfect - everything we might have needed was explorable on foot; parking was close by; and though the bustle of the Saturday market was on our doorstep on the Saturday, we still had quiet at the appropriate times. We came back from holiday recommending Cent Cinq to everyone, and in fact, have booked a second visit already.
