Listed as a Historic Monument for its facades and roofs, the Linthe manor at Saint-Léonard-des-Bois was built during the 16th century. Inhabited private property not accessible to the public, it takes place on the remains of a first fortified house from the Middle Ages.
The Linthe manor today takes the form of a rectangular stately home with basement, ground floor and attic with a chestnut frame. From the outside, it is possible to admire a high slate roof with two high gables, mullioned windows of Alençon granite or even a square pavilion.
