- Our cottage is on the first floor of a traditional white stone house, with thick wallswhich makes it cool in summer, plus a 20m² terrace overlooking the vineyards where the view extends to the Pyrenees 200 km south. This vineyard of 14 hectares offers walks for nature lovers but you can enjoy also a range of sports or cultural activities in the area. Albi and Toulouse are 1/2-hour drive or Carcassonne and Millau less than 2 hours.
The living room with white walls and curtains keeps it cool in summer. You will find a large flat-screen TV, with french and english channels, a DVD player and a WIFI connection. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob, multifunction oven, large fridge / freezer, washing machine, dish washer, vacuum cleaner, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and detector of gas and smoke. The room with Flowers with en suite shower room looks onto the private garden of the owners. It includes 2 twin beds that can be joined or separated upon request. The 20m² terrace with table, chairs is sheltered by traditional reeds. On the ground floor you will find a BBQ in the shade with table and chairs. The salt pool, with sunbeds and umbrellas, was renovated in 2020, you share it with the owner, it is available from 9h30 to noon and from 14h30 to 18h. Next to it there is a private garden of 30m², fenced on one side for your total tranquility. A ping pong table is located close by in the shadow. And of course you can stoll around the 9 hectares of the property planted with vines, meadows and an old orchard. Benchs and chairs are scattered here and there for you to rest, read or simply enjoy the scenary.
