Church Saint-Pierre

Monument in Gaillac

At the heart of the old Gaillac in the Tarn department, it is possible to discover the charms of the Church of St. Peter, a beautiful religious building built entirely of brick. Listed building, it has suffered wars of religion in the sixteenth century, but still presents some beautiful original features such as its portal fourteenth century bell or its fifteenth.

Inside, visitors can admire the altar of St. Peter with his beautiful paintings or an organ of the nineteenth century. Nearby, there is a parsonage built on the site of the former commander of which can still enjoy a spiral staircase in stone.
