Le Beauharnais - Sherri and Nicola welcome you to La Ferté Beauharnais, in the Loir-et-Cher department. They offer a responsible seasonal gastronomic cuisine based on short circuits, local products, spices from around the world and plants. On the plate: a melting pot of techniques from elsewhere, local products... or the other way around. Nicola's mission is to simply sublimate the producers' products for the pleasure of the taste buds. Sherri's mission is to accompany you on your culinary journey through the choice of wines, the atmosphere and the history of the suppliers and the dishes. The menus change with the seasons.
