Do you know Alexandre Lechêne? At the age of 27, he took up the challenge of opening the Hotel Alta Peyra. He has established himself as the emblematic chef of the Hautes-Alpes. In his restaurant the Roc Alto, in Saint Véran, he has been able to honor, with simplicity and greed, the remarkable products of a little-known terroir and was awarded a Michelin star in 2017.In 2019, with his partner, he decided to settle down to open his own restaurant. It is in Salon-de-Provence that he settles to continue his gastronomic adventure, at the Villa Salone.

L'Atelier Salone is our bistro, open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch service. Its simple and refined menu offers you a delicious moment, accessible and quick enough for a lunch break, a business meal or a family and friend moment.
Villa Salone is our gastronomic restaurant, open from Wednesday to Saturday for the evening service and on Sunday for the lunch service, with several tasting possibilities where all the talent of our Chef is deployed.
