The Haute-Auvergne golf course is located at Sansac-de-Marmiesse, in Cantal, 12 km west of Aurillac.
It was inaugurated in 1997 on an area of 105 hectares, in a green and discreetly hilly setting, dotted with water points designed both for the aesthetics of the place and to constitute obstacles.
The course was designed by architect Lucien Roux: it is a "par 72" 6,151 meters long. Regulars particularly appreciate hole n ° 5 from which you can enjoy an exceptional view of the Cantal mountains. Otherwise, golf is suitable for beginners as well as seasoned specialists.
A practice with 10 covered workstations is accessible.
In addition, an associative golf school is based on the site.
