Family property from the 17th century, the Château d'Abzac, in the Gironde, is now listed as a Historic Monument. Still in business, it offers fine and elegant wines from the Bordeaux, Bordeaux Supérieur and Lussac Saint-Emilion appellations.
Accessible to visitors, the château proudly stands in its square courtyard, revealing five pavilions opening onto the vineyard. Overlooking the Isle River, the terrace also presents the remains of an 18th century factory.
At the end of the guided tour, a tasting of the property's wines is offered.
