The abbey church of Guîtres is one of the largest churches in Gironde!
Perched on its rock overlooking the Isle valley, this church, testimony to Romanesque purity and Benedictine patience, surprises with its size and its 15th century frame in the shape of an upturned boat hull. Today, its choir resounds with the sounds of the organ and each year hosts a musical season whose reputation is second to none.

Open in July and August from Monday to Friday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
