I warmly recommend to stay at Patricia's place, it is a nice place and Patricia and her husband were very kind to us (so good "petit déjeuner" !)

When I first stayed at Patricia's, it was just because the location was convenient for me. I felt then most fortunate: the room was comfortable and the hosts did everything to make their guest feel at home - for example they adapted the fare at breakfast to suit my diabetic diet. I recently stayed there for the second time (and there will be more, I am sure!). My impressions are not different from what they were when I first came.

The house is large, very comfortable, and conveniently located if you are planning the visit of Clermont-Ferrand or hiking in the surrounding mountains. Patricia is a charming hostess. She and her husband are doing their best - successfully too - to make your stay as pleasant as you could wish. I slept "like a log" and enjoyed a very generous breakfast. I look forward to another visit there.

Lovely warm welcome, accommodation meet all our requirements & needs as a base for our sight seeing. Pretty, charming property, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We were well situated to cover some main attractions by car.. Which included St. Nectaire, Puy de dome, Michelin museum & Volvic to name a few. The hosts Trish & Pierre were extremely accommodating cant fault them. We were met every morning with a hearty breakfast with a large choice of cereals and fresh baked breads. The pool was well kept & inviting. We had a lovely time as did our 6 year old daughter and would definately be visiting again and recommend :)

During our France-Trip (11 nights in 5 cities in France) this was the best stay we had: - very friendly hosts - Both speak fluent english - good for travellers with poor french knowledge - superb breakfast - The best rooms we had during our whole trip - not to mention the pool, free wlan, parking... And the environment? Lots to discover (like Michelin, Volvic plant, history of Volvic city and the discovery of the water-source, Clermont-Ferrand-City). As we did not have a real agenda for our stay these very interesting activities (plus some restaurants) were recommended by the hosts ==> additional great service! Next time we will definitely not forget our hiking shoes and will discover the volcano-environment (Puis de Dome etc.).
