We welcome you to our family home of 90 m fully independent, facing south, gas central heating, completely renovated including : Ground floor : A 25m² terrace with garden furniture, sun umbrella and private barbecue - A living room with tv screen flat 80cm, dvd player, sofa convertible bed for 2 people, books - a dining table, 6 chairs, 2 buffets - equipped city gas kitchen, electric fan oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, large fridge freezer, Nespresso, toaster, waffle iron, pressure cooker, etc.. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, drying, storage, utensils and cleaning products. A bathroom with shower, towels, hair dryer - On the floor, 2 large bedrooms : The Poppy Room and the Sunflower room with, in each : 140 quality bedding (possibility to add a cot) cabinet, wardrobe and bedside tables. There are of course all the utensils and crockery needed for a good stay and linens you will also fully furnished. You can park your car safely in the fully enclosed property. You will, of course a remote control gate. We are at your disposal : cot, high chair, baby bath, if needed. You will find on arrival : fresh drinks, ice, basic groceries, books and documentation on the area, city map and Aude visits with our advice. * The Plus * : As Carcassonne for several generations : we are happy to introduce you "our little secret spots" around the Cathar Country ;) - wifi internet access - we can pick you up at the station or the airport at reasonable hours.
