Le Cottage is a gite, classified 4 ****, located in Varrains (small charming village 5 minutes from Saumur). You will be welcomed in an outbuilding on the vineyard. The Cottage will charm you with its authenticity and tranquility. Gîte of character in stone of tuffeau, it is comfortable, air-conditioned, entirely renovated with taste, equipped with electric household appliances. Moreover, it is not vis-à-vis with the owners. With a living surface of 56 m², it includes 3 rooms (bedroom with 2 beds + 1 bathroom with shower and toilet + kitchen / living room). You have a private terrace with outdoor table and chairs and a barbecue. Private parking is available in the courtyard next to the cottage. The garden with its pergola is located in front of the terrace. The outdoor swimming pool above ground is closed by claustras and is heated from May to September.
