Produced at the heart of Roussillon, in 90 communes in the Pyrénées-Orientales and 9 communes in Aude, the Muscat de Rivesaltes is a naturally sweet wine with Controlled Appellation of Origin, made from small-seeded Muscat and Alexandria Muscat grapes. This fruit-scented wine is served well chilled, as an aperitif or with dessert, and can accompany certain cheeses, such as Roquefort.
