The village of Montdoumerc is a small village located south west of Lot, in the region of Occitanie, in the south-west of France. The village belongs to the district of Cahors and the canton of Lalbenque to 11 km.

The Bleu Trompette festival takes place in Montpezat-de-Quercy from the end of June to October.
