Lacrouzette is in the Sidobre in the heart of the Regional Park of Haut Languedoc. Granite massif the largest in Europe, the Sidobre is a mountainous area south of the Massif Central. This is a granitic territory of 15 km long and 7 km at its widest, covered with forests and surrounded by natural areas of Lacaune the Black Mountain and castraise plain. Has one giant block, cracked surface, erosion of the water it has left some remarkable natural constructions, among which: "Peyro Clabado" (Occitan Pèira Clavada: nailed stone), a 780 tons block balanced on a natural basis; the "rock of the goose" rock resembling a goose; the "three cheeses", three huge rocks stacked; Wonderland Trail with Elephant Billard, Language, the devil chair, etc.
