Boucau

Walking through the town, you can enjoy the traditional architecture of the houses, before admiring the Church of Our Lady of Good Help.

To enjoy sunny days, wood Guilhou is a must in the city. Farm until the nineteenth century, the site now covers nearly two hectares, and allows you to borrow a large number of marked hiking trails. The castle that once accompanied him was razed in the mid 1980s after being destroyed in a fire in 1932.

Be sure not to go to the port of Cale built in the first half of the eighteenth century or go relax in Pichepaou with its picnic area and games popular with children and their parents.

The weekly market is held every Tuesday and Saturday morning.

From June to August, the Old Boucau hosts a traditional seasonal market every day except Sundays and holidays.

A craft night market is also proposed in August.

Festivities take place every year around Pentecost.
