- The room is non-smoking. - Check-in is from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. - Departures are requested for 11:30 am. - The balance of the stay is to be paid upon arrival. - Cancellation by the customer: any total or partial cancellation must be notified in writing (registered letter, fax or E-mail) to be taken into consideration. A/ Cancellation made more than 14 days before the planned date of the stay: Whatever the reason for cancellation given: refund of the deposit. B/ Cancellation made less than 14 days or 14 days before the planned date of the stay: Whatever the reason for cancellation: the deposit is kept by the owner. C/ If the Client does not show up before 7:30 p.m. on the day scheduled to start the stay: The reservation becomes null and void and the owner can dispose of the guest room. The deposit remains - Acquired by the owner, who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation initially planned. D/ In the event of a shortened stay, due to the Client: The price corresponding to the cost of the stay initially planned remains due in full to the owner. - Room for 2 people, but possibility to add an extra bed for a child for an extra charge of 30 €/night. - In high season (June, July, August and September) and during long weekends or public holidays, minimum booking of 2 consecutive nights.
