For bookings made less than 10 days before the start of the rental, the customer is required to pay the full rental. Cancelation : in the event of cancellation, the deposits paid will be refunded, if the cancellation is made at least 6 weeks before the scheduled date of arrival. After this period, the entire deposit will be retained by the manager. In the event of modification, late cancellation (less than 3 days), or no-show on the scheduled arrival date, the full balance will be claimed by the manager, who then reserves the right to dispose of the accommodation immediately. Upon departure, the accommodation will be left as clean as when you arrived, the dishwasher empty, dishes clean and tidy, garbage cans emptied and taken out. If the accommodation is dirty beyond normal use, an amount of 180 € may then be deducted from the amount of the security deposit. PETS : Only one pet is allowed in the cottage.
