Security deposit: the sum of 800 € for the rental requested as a security deposit. This sum will not be cashed and returned on the day of your departure, except to be deducted if there is any damage caused. State of play: on your arrival and on your departure, an inventory will be carried out by Kevin Le Men. You will also have a document which is made available to you in the accommodation. This will need to be checked. In the event of a dispute on your part within 48 hours, please notify us immediately by email at kevin.le.men1@gmail.com or by telephone at 06.58.42.05.34. In the absence of any disputes, the inventory will be deemed to be compliant and accepted without reservation. Reservation and payment: - booking: a deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay is required upon booking. - Balance: 50% of the amount of the stay will be paid to the manager on arrival, it is neither refundable, nor exchangeable, nor modifiable. For bookings made less than 10 days before the start of the rental, the customer is required to pay the full rental. Cancelation : in the event of cancellation, the deposits paid will be refunded, if the cancellation is made at least 6 weeks before the scheduled date of arrival. After this period, the entire deposit will be retained by the manager. In the event of modification, late cancellation (less than 3 days), or no-show on the scheduled arrival date, the full balance will be claimed by the manager, who then reserves the right to dispose of the accommodation immediately. Except in cases of force majeure see article 1218 of the civil code in these cases the deposit will be refunded. Linen & household: only sheets and tea towels are provided. Upon departure, the accommodation will be left as clean as when you arrived, the dishwasher empty, dishes clean and tidy, garbage cans emptied and taken out. If the accommodation is dirty beyond normal use, an amount of 180 € may then be deducted from the amount of the security deposit. PETS : Only one pet is allowed in the cottage. It is imperative that the presence of the latter does not harm the neighborhood (limit barking, collection of droppings, respect for nearby ski slopes, etc.) - smoker: it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the common areas and inside the gîte. Internet / wi-fi / tv networks: internet access / Wi-Fi / TV is included in the rental. The manager cannot be held responsible for any temporary interruption of the Internet service due to the access provider or any other cause beyond its control. No refund or commercial discount will be made in the event of unavailability of network access. Cancellation clause : the furnished property designated below is exclusively the subject of a seasonal rental, as a temporary residence and pleasure of the lessee. As such, this rental is excluded from the scope of law n ° 89-462 of July 6,1989. In the absence of written communication and explicit authorization from the manager, the client who abandons his accommodation before the agreed date, will lose the right to a possible refund of the rental amount. Any complaints notified after the end of the stay will not give rise to any refund. The manager reserves the right to terminate the contract before or during its execution if unforeseeable circumstances or a case of force majeure would make the enjoyment of the apartment impossible. The manager reserves the right to assign him another accommodation with similar or superior characteristics. If the customer refuses the transfer of the reservation, the manager will reimburse all the sums paid for the reservation, in this case no compensation will be granted. Intervention / repair: if during the stay the lessor must involve companies at the request of the lessee (request must be made by email) to restore damaged equipment (clogged pipes, damaged household appliances, broken glass, etc.) and if the responsibility of the lessor is not in question these interventions will be invoiced. Ex: loss of key = 50 € - Respect and life for others: the rental is strictly reserved for the tenant and his family. Respect for the neighborhood is an essential basic rule! It corresponds to the amount determined by the community, for unclassified furnished rentals, i.e. 3% of the amount of the night per adult. Interruption of the stay: in the event of interruption of the stay by the tenant, no refund will be requested. Number of tenants: if the number of tenants exceeds the capacity indicated in the contract and without prior agreement, the owner reserves the right to refuse the additional tenants, or to break the contract, or to receive an increase (supplement € 100 per person per day).
