Location of the fortnight only - For 8 adults ( + 2 children, if any) - Ideally located 6 miles south of Aubenas and 30 km from the Rhône Valley, close to shops while being quiet, our house combines old charm and modern comfort. The ashlar porch gives access to a beautiful courtyard where a staircase leads to the living rooms of high vaulted cellars. You will love the old tiled floors and the warm colors of the main room, the side "artist studio" of the living room and large sunny terrace and friendly kitchen where you can lunch, shaded by a vine pergola virgin. As for the rear terrace, ground floor and shady, it will allow you to enjoy the peace and harmony generated by the three traditional faïsses Ardèche. On the floor, a staircase leads to 4 bedrooms (two with a double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed and one with a double bed in mezzanine and a child's bed), two bathrooms bath and separate toilet, ideal conditions to accommodate two families. A third bathroom and two toilets on the ground floor also complement the sanitary equipment. Finally, outside the great land of 2800 m² has a portico with games for children. Poolside, you will enjoy a game lit balls and a pool house with two garden furniture, bbq, gas and refrigerator. The pool, square (7x7 meters), is lined with beautiful stone. Finally, the location of our house not only offers proximity to prestigious sites (Ardèche Gorges, Orgnac…) and beautiful towns and villages of character (Merry, Aubenas, Ballazuc, Largentière etc…), but also many opportunities for hiking, mountain bike trails and road bike for which we will leave you different topos.
