Start of the walk: Villefort dam, car park and orientation table.
After visiting the site of the dam and the waterfalls, continue towards Villefort beach along the path around the lake. View over the castle at the end of the lake, next to the wayside cross. Continue along the signposted path, you will see the second castle, as well as some ruins. Slightly further on, near the middle of the lake, there is a picnic area. For the second part of the walk, follow the signposted path and after about 50 metres, discover the trout farm. Cross the bridge over the river and return to the dam. Enjoy your walk!
