The Church of Our Lady of the Assumption was built between 1820 and 1823. Its plan in the shape of a Greek cross and its neo-classical style are original in Haute Maurienne. The painted painted decoration is the work of Piedmontese artists and it has been recently restored. The church was spared the destruction of the Second World War and its baroque altarpieces, including a 1630 carved by Jean Clappier come from the old church.
