| Other | General terms of renting le hameau de l'océan **** - general and reservations - Any rental application involves knowledge of the description of the objects and the price as well as the acceptance of the inner rules of the holiday village and the rental conditions below. As each rental is personal, it cannot be returned. The rental offer made here is based on availability on the date of shipping. It does not engage management otherwise. The request for a reservation if attached must be completed and shipped as soon as possible and be accompanied by the down payment and booking and cancellation and interruption insurance (if subscribed). The booking becomes effective only after written agreement from management and receipt of the 30% down payment. It will be confirmed accepted. Any changes must be notified one month before arrival. Your arrival voucher must be presented on the day of your arrival. It is up to you to take out liability insurance, as well as insurance for your equipment, the Hamlet of the Ocean is not responsible in case of theft, loss, damage of any kind, during or following your stay. Rates are defined as TTC, with a VAT rate of 10% applicable on the day they were determined. Any subsequent change in the applicable VAT rate, which occurs between the time the rates were determined and the billing of the stay, will result in a consequental change in the TTC price, which the customer accepts without reservation. No refund of stay will be made if the internal regulations are not respected (noise, dangerous behavior, drunkenness, disturbance of the tranquillity of others…). No installation will be accepted on the leased site unless prior management agrees with a surcharge. Each resident will be required to review the internal regulations available upon request and posted at the Ocean Hamlet at reception. - Arrival and departures - Arrival from 4pm, departure before 10am. On arrival, the holiday village is entitled to cancel the booking and refuse access to people presenting with a number of participants greater than the occupancy constraints (residence according to the model and rental 12 people max). All stays must be paid for one month before arrival without any reminder from us. For any unsold stay less than a month away, the holiday village reserves the right to cancel the stay and inform the guest. The sums already paid to the holiday village will not be refunded. No cheque payment will be accepted within one month of arrival due to many unpaid payments. Payments can be made by cheques, bank transfers, bank card or holiday cheques duly completed. - Caution and state of play - A security deposit amounting to 250 € (T2, T3) or 350 € (T4, T5) will be required on arrival either 180 € (T2, T3) or 260 € (T4, T5) to cover possible damage from the rental and 70 € (T2, T3) or 90 € (T4, T5) corresponding to the household. These deposits will be returned to you by mail the week after your departure, depending on the state of play made on the day of your departure.
