The cottage consists of a bedroom "en suite" upstairs (up to 5 people in two spaces with a bathroom), a double bedroom accessible PMR on the ground floor, with its Italian bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and the adjoining dining room. Close to the RN12, between Brocéliande and Dinan-Dinard, this cottage is ideal for discovering Brittany, for walking (trails available in the vicinity, GR37 1 km) or for radiating by bike (the V3 greenway passes 1 km and allows you to reach the V6).
