Neat furnishings, full kitchen equipment (gas with electric oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine), hairdryer in the shower room. Underfloor heating, very comfortable ; reversible in summer, affording a cooling effect during heat spells (although not proper air-conditioning). Sheets, towels and kitchen linen are provided free of charge. Some basic foodstuffs (salt, sugar, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar…) are also available, as well as detergents, sponges etc. Pets: please consult us; but beware, the garden is not enclosed.
The tenant should clean the kitchen, shower room and toilets and hoover all the rooms at the end of his stay. Failing that, the renter reserves the right to levy a 60 € sum on the safety deposit.
Heating and cooling are included in the rental price. The arrival and departure days are free, respecting the minimum duration (so not necessarily from Saturday to Saturday).
The village of Vans, just around the corner, is lively all year round: all shops; medical station; a well-known Saturday market (plus a craft market on Tuesday evenings in the summer) ; sports activities (rental of bikes [mountain bikes, e-bikes] and of canoes on the Chassezac river) ; hikes, swimming in rivers (following our tips) and cultural offers (cinema, concerts, museum). Several restaurants, open also in the off-season. Nearby: Villefort lake; Ardèche gorge; many picturesque villages (Naves, Banne, Balazuc, Voge, la Garde Guérin) ; in Vallon Pont d'Arc: prehistoric cave "Grotte Chauvet2" and the "Arch" (starting point of the descent of the Ardèche river by canoe) ; canyoning in the Gorges of the Chassezac etc. A little further, for a day trip: Avignon; Uzès, Saint Quentin la Poterie (potter village) and Lussan; The Pont du Gard, the sea at le Grau du Roi… - We speak english - wir sprechen deutsch -parliamo italiano - hablamos espanol
