In the heights of Sainte-Enimie, bordering the Causse Sauveterre, at an altitude of 975 metres, the departmental farm of Les Boissets is home to an interpretation centre for the Causses and gorges. Overlooking the Tarn Gorges, this hamlet, typical of the architecture of the Causses and consisting of several buildings restored by the General Council of Lozère, is surrounded by 300 hectares of moors and forests. Along an educational trail, set off to discover its various themed houses, with displays on the geology, flora, fauna, architecture or agropastoral activities of the Causses area.
