Private property today only visible from the outside, the Château de Vaussèche takes place in the town of Vernoux-en-Vivarais, in Ardèche. Originally from the 11th century, it has undergone many transformations, now presenting visitors with elements from the 15th, 16th and 17th centuries.
The Château de Vaussèche has been listed as a Historic Monument for its facades and roofs, as well as a classification for its fireplace in the large Renaissance room on the first floor.
