Lissac-sur-Couze

Church of St. Peter in Chains in the twelfth, fourteenth and fifteenth centuries the oldest parts. The bell gable in 1830 because the old bell with cracks, was demolished and replaced at that time.

Castle Lissac the thirteenth, 15th and 18th centuries located in the village (private property): the castle originally belonged to the family from Lissac. The Lissac also owns three other castles: Castle Laporte Mauriolles Castle and Château de Gramont there.

Lac du Causse located 10 kilometers southwest of Brive, the lake lies at the foot of villages Lissac and Chasteaux. 200 landscaped hectares including 100 hectares of water, all in a green make this lake a good place to relax with family or friends. Site known internationally for its rowing, major regattas are held. It has hosted the World University Championship and the World Junior Championships in rowing.
