The historical center dominated by the Cathedral of Our Lady whose bell tower dominates nearly 73 feet high, through its beautifully landscaped piers along the "runner"; Tulle comes alive around its medieval quarter "l'Enclos ". Through this maze of picturesque alleys where small boutiques, shops and art galleries have taken refuge, the city tulle invites visitors to return in the past.
