Located in the heart of the Tarn in southern Aveyron, the Museum of Arts and Popular Traditions Gaillac offers over 800 m² exhibition, incredible staging that recounts the daily life of the region in the late eighteenth century.
In the program, nearly a hundred costumed characters installed along a reconstructed street on an imaginary village square. You will find the atmosphere of the past with the old shops, a local school, information on festivals and dances, for a fun and educational trip through time.
The site is accessible to all ages in April, May, June and September on reservation and guided tours in July and August for individuals and from March to November reservation for groups.
