The Carquefou golf course is located about ten kilometers north-east of the center of Nantes.
It was inaugurated in 1993 on an area of 67 hectares which formed the park of the Château de l'Epinay (17th century).
The course designed by architect Martin Hawtree is a "Par 72" 5,797 m long. Hilly and dotted with hundred-year-old trees, it is suitable for golfers of all levels, experienced as beginners. The many water features add to the charm of the whole.
Also note that there is a practice with 30 stations including 10 covered, two freely accessible putting greens, an approach green with bunker and a compact 3-hole course ("Par 9" from 50 to 80 meters). A golf school is located on the site.
Open daily.
Visitor rate: from 52 to 69 euros for 18 holes, from 36 to 41 euros for 9 holes. Information on +33 2 40 52 73 74.
