Camping Le Val de la Marquise

Booking conditions : Reservation : The booking form must be fully completed, signed and return accompanied by the deposit payment. The minimum rental period for mobile homes and cottages commences on Saturday (July, august). For campsite, pitches arrival and departure can take place on weekdays. The booking will only be valid on receipt of deposit and completed booking form following written confirmation from ourselves. Payment : The amounts for the booking must contain both deposit and reservation costs. All payments must be made to Camping Le Val de la Marquise in Campagne. The reservation costs are considered as definitive staying in the possession of the Campsite Le Val de la Marquise. In case that we are unable to fulfil your request, all payments will be returned to you un full. The total balance due is to be payed at reception on arrival. No refund will be made in case of late arrival or early departure. Cancellation : In case of cancellation of your stay, for whatever reason it is, if you haven't beforehand subscribed to a cancellation insurance, the deposit will not be reimbursed nor will the booking costs. The cancellation of the accomodation on less than thirty days for the arrival - Day brings about a reimbursement of expenses from compensation equal to the - Price of the totality from the accomodation at the expense of the person that requests the cancellation. Insurance : It is the responsablility of those using the accommodation of camping facilities to be covered by insurance covering liability for any damage caused. Rental conditions : All occupants or campers should behave in accordance with the provisions of the Internal Regulations of the campsite. The pitch reserved for the camper is availble from noon on the day of arrival, until 11.00 am on the day of departure. Mobile home or chalet accommodation is available from Saturday at 17 : 00 until Saturday at 10 : 00. An inventory of contents will be give to occupants of mobile homes or chalets on their arrival. Details of items being damaged or lost must be reported the same day to reception and occupants may face a charge for repair or replacement. For those occupying mobile homes and chalets in low season, (except July and August), we ask you notify us the time of your expected arrival. In case of delay please inform the campsite. Dogs are not allowed in mobile homes or chalets. Use of the swimming pool is free, and is reserved for the sole use of occupants of the campsite. All those using the pool must comply with the campsite regulations. For clients renting mobile homes or chalets a security deposit of 240 € will be deposited at arrival and will be returned by post in the week following departure, less any possible deduction made to cover any damage caused, cleaning required or items missing. In case of dispute, the court of justice from Périgueux will be only competent jurisdiction.
