As we aim to ensure an enjoyable stay for every visitor, our home must be completely smoke-free from traditional cigarettes and e-vaping. Smoking outside is not a problem, however, we ask to respect other guests by not smoking in the immediate vicinity. In order to maintain paradise, we adopt silence between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. If you are planning to visit a young child, please consider whether your child will be able to integrate into this rhythm of life. Check-in is between 3:30 pm and 7:30 pm. However, if this schedule seems impossible, we can try to organize ourselves differently. Please let us know as soon as possible. As we are a small-scale family initiative, we ask that you inform us of your approximate arrival time no later than the morning of the day of your visit. Departures are requested no later than 10:30 a.m. in order to have time to thoroughly clean the room as well as the common areas. Pets cannot stay in the private areas of the "Chambres d'hôtes" as the rooms have parquet floors. In order to guarantee everyone's happiness, we have decided that a small to medium-sized pet can only be accepted in the "Independent" cottage.. This is possible upon prior request at the time of booking. As our goal is to ensure an enjoyable stay for all our visitors, we cannot allow pets at the pool. When walking your pets in the communal garden and park, you are kindly requested to keep them on a leash at all times. We require a 20% deposit at the time of booking within 15 days of booking. Payment of the remaining balance is required upon arrival. Bookings will be effective after receipt of the deposit and will be confirmed by email. In the event that you need to cancel after making the reservation and paying the 20% deposit, the following refunds apply: • If cancelled with 60 days' notice or more, your deposit will be refunded. • In case of cancellation with 15-59 days' notice, your deposit will be refunded if we can resell the relevant period to a third party - otherwise you are refunded 50% - • In case of cancellation with less than 15 days' notice, your deposit can only be refunded if we can resell the period to a third party. • In the event that you need to shorten your stay and decide on an early departure, we reserve the right to request the full amount due for the period agreed upon booking. In the event of a car breakdown, accommodation cancellations are covered by most car insurances. For longer holiday periods, it may be worth taking out travel and/or cancellation insurance with your usual insurer or credit card company. Very complete formulas are available from only €10.
