My friend and I had a great time on this camping. Small, but clean. We choose a spot with no electricity. We stayed for a week. This camping is used by most people as a travel through spot, but the area is beautiful and definitely worth a few visits. Public transport was close to the camping and we used the bus as our main form of traveling. It was great!

We stopped for 7 nights at this lovely site. It was a fantastic location for Boulogne, with a nice little local village and a very big supermarket just 5 mins away in the car. There were great bike ride roads and paths through the forests. So peaceful and very well looked after. Everyone friendly. Thanks very much for a brilliant holiday. Will definitely visit again ????

This year toilet block in need off good cleaning past years spotless.

The pitches on this site are of very good size with hardstanding for caravans and motorhomes. There are electricity points, along with your own tap and grey water drain. However, the sanitary block is limited with only one shower for each gender (we didn't use these so can't comment) and a disabled loo. There are washing up sinks, which seemed to be a bit "hit and miss" with regard to hot water. The facilities had an unfinished look with chipboard interior walls but for all that they were clean and usable. We used the site for one night on the way over to mid-Normandy and another night on the way back. There is no on site warden and the lady visits daily but this caused a problem with us trying to pay for our second overnight stay as we probably missed her evening visit due to going to the supermarket. I telephoned her and she promised to come around 9am next morning, but by 9.50 she still hadn't been and we were hitched up and ready to go! I rang again and she asked me to pop the money through an open window in the office, which I did. I think this is basically a nice site for short stays but facilities are a bit limited so I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a longer holiday.

Wanted a campsite from which to visit Montreuil sur mer and Boulogne and selected this one. Sites for tents and for camper/caravans. Facilities clean but seemed few for the number of people (there seemed to be two small school groups of children, plus some other campers too) although to be fair we never had to queue to use the toilet or showers. Inexpensive and we had a lovely couple of days visiting the area.

Had some difficulty getting electricity. Luckily I had an adapter with us otherwise it may have been difficult. May be useful for manager to keep some available on site.

Fine basic camping area. 2 wc and showers plus washing up sinks. No on-site staff (unattended for 99% of the time). Some shade from hedges and a couple of large trees. Quiet at night, despite proximity to main road. We would stay again, just a night or two. nb bring your own toilet paper!

A lovely campsite. Easy to find, ideal for one night - probably ideal for a longer stay but didn't have time. Would definitely recommend.

Nice site will good facilities. Very quiet. Great biking in the local woods and village.

We were looking for a convenient over night stop straight off the ferry and this proved the ticket. Basic yes but clean and only 11 € with electric.

We toured in our caravan and were sited in a large sunny pitch. It was in the middle of a heatwave so temperatures were hitting 39 degrees so perhaps the sunny pitch was a mistake. Site is right next to Cher river with some pitches facing the river. Pitches are set in cul de sac's with water in the centre of each one. Site has 6 amp electric which in the summer is ample as you spend most of your time outdoors. Reception has a bar adjoining it. Prices are very reasonable. Also stocks some essentials. Pool is 2 metres deep all round and there is a paddling pool as well. You can get Wifi in the bar area and close to it on the terrace. Site also has table tennis taxable, crazy golf, and bike hire. Short walk to lovely chateau along the river Cher. Nice central location in the Loire valley to easily drive to most chateau'S. Had a great week here and can't wait to go back.

Quiet, clean campsite with simple but adequate facitities. Lovely woodland walks around the site. Boulanger and small general store within walking distance. We didn't meet any staff so just pitched and left money in mailbox at gate. It is ideal for a short stopover to or from Calais

Campsite has lovely big pitches, dead easy to find, perfect location for calais and eurotunnel. Took us half an hour to eurotunnel with a caravan. Petrol station in the village for a last cheap refill! Loo block is basic. Only female loos were open and that's where I got told to empty the loo too! Stephanie the owner was there cleaning everything the morning we left. We stayed one night. Football pitch next door so space for kids to burn off energy from travelling all day. When arriving especially with a caravan I advise that you park in the car spaces opposite, then a passenger (if you have one) walks over to the barrier and pushes the rocker switch on the post by the barrier. The barrier doesn't stay up long but by putting your hand infront of the sensors keeps it up until you get the car and caravan through. Motor homes would mostly get off the road but a caravan would stick out in the road. It wasn't obvious that you let yourself in through the barrier! Now the down side, the price. 13 € a night but if you want electric that's 4.90 € a night. A bit steep! With tourist tax we paid 18.50 €. The address is hard to find and Stephanie replied to my booking confirming it on the second time of booking. Her English isn't very good so if you can type in french it would help! Stephanie had to email me the address. It is well signposted from the dual carriageway though. Address of the site is 2 Route de Crémarest, 62360 La capelle Les Boulogne.

Very reasonable priced and ok for one night as traveling through. The W/C and shower were very basic. Other campers were friendly.

Good campsite, good value for money. Two toilets and four showers. Nice pitches. Lovely bakery in the village nearby. Easy short drive away from Boulogne. I'd recommend it - good value for money!

A quiet site that is located next to a forest area and opposite an equestrian centre. It is easy to access from Main A16 motorway. End of village. Lots of Europeans stay for only 1 night stays and arrive quite late and leave early, so this can be distruptive to people that are settled and staying longer. We stayed for 9 nights. The toilets are standard, as are the showers. The idea is that you clean the showers after you have used them for the next person. Unfortunately not every one does this. The grass does not get cut enough, and is uneven and long in parts. The hard standing is very good, with good provision for elec hook up and water supply. Very busy with short stay visitors. The office is not manned, and the site has no staff most of the time. Unfortunately for the management lots of people stayed without paying as no one was there to take the camp fee, We saw at least 12 holiday families and groups just up and leave. Traffic noise could be heard from the A16. The site runs itself, and if there is a problem like when all the electricity supply went off, customers ring the designated phone number. Then staff were on site within half hour. The price is cheap especially for peak period, but I was charged for having a car parked which initially was not asked for on the tariff. So I had to pay the extra. One man decided to park across the road to avoid this charge. It is a basic camp site in a pretty area that was safe and family friendly, I stayed in a tent. I would return, but on hard standing in a caravan. That way the traffic noise would be cut down at night, and the long smelly wet grass would not be a feature in daily life. We arrived on Saturday evening and were greeted by the manageress who made us feel very welcome. The site was very quiet as we were the only campers on site. The facilities were clean and well kept and more than adequate for our needs. We all enjoyed our 3 days in and around Boulogne using Les Sapins as our base.

Séjour de jours en camping-car de 5 jours apprécié car prés de Boulogne sur mer ou nous devions visiter des amis. Prix plus que raisonnable. Accueil très sympathique - Il faut absolument mettre en place l'évacuation des eaux noires pour les camping-cars ailleurs que dans les toilettes.

Agréable séjour à la Capelle les Boulogne. Randonnées en forêt et sur la côte d'Opale. Très belle région.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au camping les sapins. Bien situé au cœur de la Côte d'Opale.

Tout petit camping, sanitaires limités mais propres, le village ne permet pas de faire de courses, mais avec un véhicule, pas de souci, le camping se trouve à la sortie de l'A 16, à 10 minutes de Boulogne. Prix plancher et personnel agréable. Un site parfait pour découvrir la région la journée et être au calme le soir.

Très bon accueil, bel endroit et très propre…

Emplacements grand, personnel super rien à dire !
