My Villa is located in the first row of a residential development with a breathtaking view of the Valley of Valcros in the first row of the hills of the Massif des Maures, between Hyères (15 km) and Saint Tropez (45 km) and 10 km from sandy beaches of the Mediterranean. The Master bedroom, the Guest room and the Den open onto the terrace where pastis and rosé wines are appreciated and meals are served and / or cooked on our Provencal Barbecue. The garden gate, completely closed, leads to the footpath that joins within a 5-minute walk, tennis courts, the swimming pool, the petanque court, table tennis, etc.. An roll down awning protects the outer table from the sun. The City of La Londe les Maures offers all services such bakeries, supermarkets, butchers, restaurants, dry cleaners, drug stores, etc.. The Villa is accessible from the following airports : Toulon-Hyères (20 min.), Marseille (1h15) and Nice (1h45). A description of the road to the Villa will be provided on request or at reservation time. The Master bedroom has a king bed, while the Guests room has a Queen bed and the Den a sofa bed with foam mattress seven inches thick. The Bathroom has a bath with shower, wash basin, washing machine and a hairdryer. The toilet is in a separate closed room. A Full Bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet is adjacent to the Master Bedroom. The Villa is our home during the six winter months, the kitchen, with microwave, double door refrigerator, toaster, hob and dishwasher, is equipped with more accessories that you may need to cook or set the table. The same appliesd to bedding, linens and towels. We leave for your convenience the usual items such as flour, sugar, oil, herbs and spices, mustard, ketchup and other ingredients to make your stay easier. A flat-scereen tv set with satellite reception and a sound system with cd and dvd are available in the living room while a flat screen tv set with tnt signal is alprovided in the Master Bedroom. The location of the villa allows easy access to Hyeres, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Toulon, Avignon, Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, Nice and the Gorges du Verdon, the Grand Canyon of France, and all… The medieval villages of Provence, just between ¼ and 2 hours drive from the Villa. External commercial markets in the region require a visit, especially on a Saturday morning in and around the Old City of Hyeres, which dates from the twelfth century. Sunday morning, it happens in La Londe les Maures. The vineyards of Provence are also very interesting to visit. Casinos are waiting for you in Hyeres, Le Lavandou, Saint-Tropez, too, that's for sure… In Monte Carle (2h). The rental cost includes electricity, water, tv signal, telephone with free calls in France and ± 50 countries, access to wireless high-speed internet, linens and bedding home and the lady for the restoration of the villa after your departure. Smoking permitted on the terrace. Pets are not allowed unless they are small and well behaved.
