- As part of the Mois des Familles Landaises, organized by the Réseau d ? écoute, d ? appui et d ? accompagnement des Parents, Le Café Boissec is delighted to invite the whole family to join us for a Landaise day. - On the program ? Bandas, stilt-walking, traditional music, wooden games, storytelling and, of course, a grand banquet. - We'll let you know the day's programme as soon as possible !
Journée Plantes et Fermentation

- Discover wild plants and fermentation with Noémie from l'assiette vivante for a day of discovery workshops. It's an opportunity to take the time to observe nature, to share and to learn so as to be autonomous. - On the program for the day : - 9:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. : discovery and gathering of wild plants, followed by the preparation of a wild aperitif based on amuse bouche to be enjoyed together. Please bring your own lunch or dessert. - 3pm - 5:30pm : fermented vegetables and wild plants workshop : you'll learn lacto-fermentation techniques, a way of preserving vegetables without energy, and a way of increasing their nutritional value tenfold. Jars and vegetables are not provided. - The 2 workshops are independent but complementary.
Guinguette des Producteurs

- A brand-new concept in the Landes region, the Guinguette fermière offers a festive, gourmet evening. The idea is to enjoy live music and dancing, while dining on tapas and appetizers prepared by our local producers. Products from the source, some revisited in an open-air guinguette atmosphere. Eat standing up, in a deckchair, dancing or chatting - it's up to you, but always accompanied by the sound of the band (…). - Café Boissec will be serving a refreshment bar with local beverages. - No reservation required - Drinks on site - 7pm-9pm and more if you feel like it.
