Restaurant Deux Rivières

The Château de Saulon is an enchanting place where traditional Burgundian gastronomy is honored. Chef Mohamed Henni and his team work in collaboration with market gardener Maxime Boront to develop a menu consistent with the season and respectful of the environment by sourcing directly from the Château's vegetable garden. The menus and tasting cards change every week and highlight local products and know-how. The Château offers the opportunity to combine work and leisure, either under the century-old vaults of the restaurant or on the terrace around the 27-hectare park and its swimming pool.
