On the kitchen side, we offer you a return to authenticity. You will enjoy products bought from small traders and served on boards. The dishes are simple, tasty and hearty. For example, the Perigord board should satisfy large appetites: whole duck breast, white and smoked ham, all accompanied by shot potatoes, mixed salting.
