The last weekend of April, feast of Asparagus Blayais. 50 exhibitors will propose you regional gastronomic products, to take away or to taste on the spot, will be added street performances, four free concerts, bandas and animations for children. The little ones will be able to juggle between pony rides, make-up sessions, wooden games and discover an extraordinary mini-farm. Great regional chefs will share with you the secrets of their recipes around asparagus and even offer you the chance to put your hand to the paws... The Asparagus Blayais, which celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2019, is also the traditional omelet omelet Sunday lunch that will be protected from possible bad weather, just like most food places.
