Town news of Mayenne in Pays de la Loire, La Roche-Neuville takes place twenty kilometers of Laval, near Pree d'Anjou, or Chemazé Coudray. She was born on January 1, 2019 from the merger of Loigné-sur-Mayenne and Saint Sulpice.
Once owned by the Seneschal of Chateau-Gontier, itself dependent on the Seneschal of Angers, the territory of La Roche-Neuville became independent in the late eighteenth century with the French Revolution. Long turned to agriculture and livestock, it now attracts many visitors with its authentic landscapes and its architectural and historical heritage of great interest.
Its proximity to some of the most beautiful sights in the region also makes a nice resort away from the city bustle.
