Listed as a Historic Monument since the first half of the 20th century, the Clock Tower of Deux Rivières was erected in the 14th century. The highest of the towers of the fortified enclosure, it has a spiral staircase of 36 steps. It was formerly used to monitor the 5 valleys and to protect the foodstuffs stored at the port.
The Clock Tower, whose belfry has been chiming the hours and half-hours again since 2013, also benefits from illumination at nightfall on weekends.
