Terms of sales - Arrival departure - Arrivals are from 17h to 21h. Arrival possible until 22h30 after validation when booking. - If you arrive in the morning on Saint Valery sur Somme, you can drop off your luggage between 09 : 30 and 11 : 30. It is not possible to leave your luggage between 11 : 30 and 17 : 00. - Your room must be vacated before 11 : 30 am on the last day. Car park - Public parking free all year round 5 minutes walk from the house. When booking, we will provide you with a map to get there by car and return on foot. Paid parking at 20 meters. Bedroom - Depending on our needs, we reserve the right to change the choice of room. In this case, an email will be sent to you to inform you. - Your package includes the standard household, towels (sheets and towels, gloves and bath mats), toiletries and bed linen. - Unless indicated by you, your sponges will be changed every 3 days. In case of stay of less than 3 days, we intervene in the room only at your express request. - If you come back from the Bay, please leave your boots or shoes on the ground floor. - Animals are not allowed. - Each room is equipped with a hairdryer. - Flat screen tv 80cm. - Free wifi access. - Our rooms are non-smoking. - For reasons of hygiene and safety, it is forbidden to cook in the rooms. Insurance - The host is responsible for all damages arising from its act. It is required to be insured by a type of holiday insurance contract for these various risks. Provided settlement - The property requires a 30% deposit at the time of booking. The payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer, we communicate our bank details, by credit card in vad secured without cryptogram or by check. - The balance must be paid on the spot at the time of departure. Cancellation condition - If canceled or modified up to 2 days before the date of arrival, we will refund your deposit. - If canceled or modified later than 2 days before date of arrival or no-show, the deposit will be retained.
