| Other | The huts fontfroide - Terms of sales - Applicable 01/06/2015 - When booking on the site http://www.cabanes-fontfroide.com requires consultation and entails the unconditional acceptance of these terms - 1. Prices - The rates listed on our website or our brochures are subject to change depending on economic conditions or regulatory provisions. They include all taxes. Only the prices listed on your voucher or other confirmation letter is authentic. The tourist tax collected on behalf of the municipality is not included in our rates and will be payable locally in addition to the quoted price. For information, equivalent to about 0.22 € per person over 18 years per day. Additional services provided during your stay will be added to the price mentioned when booking and paid locally. 2. Regulation of your stay - The total price to be paid in full upon booking. Upon receipt of payment within 10 days of your request, you will receive a voucher to hand when you arrive which included practical information of your stay. Warning : your pre-reservation can be canceled in case of delayed payment, the option period is set at 10 days. 3. Payment methods accepted - Credit card : visa mastercard eurocard - Holiday vouchers - transfer - 4. Cancellation - In accordance with Article L.121-21-8 12 of the Consumer Code, given the nature of the services provided, you will not benefit from the right of withdrawal. Whatever the date the reservation is canceled, we retain the amount of the insurance premium cancellation eventually purchased. 4.1. Changing your stay by yourself before arrival - Any changes required in terms of date, time, number of people must be validated by our services within a minimum of 30 days prior to your arrival date. It may be, as appropriate, subject to additional charges. 4.2. Cancellation of your stay by yourself before arrival - In case of serious illness, serious accident or death, cancellation insurance will refund your entire folder (except the amount of € 2 guarantee) on proof (medical certificate or death certificate). For all stays canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival, and not within the terms of cancellations mentioned above, the equivalent of 30% of your stay will be charged. For all stays canceled between 30 and 8 days before the stay, 60% will be retained. For a stay canceled within 7 days prior to arrival, interrupted or not consummated for any reason whatsoever, the entire amount of the booked stay will owe or will be retained by the sarl les cabanes de fontfroide. If unable to attend last minute, it is imperative to prevent our Company. 4.3. Cancellation of your stay by sarl les cabanes de fontfroide. If weather alert "orange", announced with external events (weather, storm, storms) beyond our control, the management reserves the right to cancel your trip for safety reasons. In this context, we will propose postponing your trip at a later date, in the current 12 months. In case of postponement of impossibility, the full amount paid will be refunded ; other compensation can be claimed. 5. Capacity / number of people - The number of people mentioned by cabin is the minimum and maximum occupancy permitted, based on the available equipment. It can not exceed without prior agreement of our services. 6. Schedule - Arrivals are between 16 hours and 19 hours the day of your reservation. The departure of the House and cabins must be done before 11 am the next day |
