Very spacious Wissantaise house a few minutes walk from the village and the sea. It has a large living room with a well equipped open kitchen overlooking the dining room and a large living room with a Godin fireplace. The floor has been completely redone in parquet. All the comforts of a modern house, the charm included (wifi, big screen television, microwave oven, dolce gusto, dishwasher, washing machine...) - At the back, a large sunny terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, an ideal place to meet family or friends. There is also a hot / cold shower, perfect when returning from the beach. At the front of the house a closed garden sheltered from the wind and well ensolleilé, especially appreciable in mid season (deckchairs available). There are 3 bedrooms with double bed (160 x 200), a single bed and a cot. The bathroom is upstairs and has a toilet. (second toilet on the ground floor) - Near the village, but quiet.
