| Other | General rental conditions - The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the rental contract duly completed and signed which implies acceptance of the clauses and provisions of the general rental conditions. The deposit (by check or transfer) is equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the stay. A confirmation attesting to your payment will then be sent to you within a week. Before sending, contact us by phone to know our availability. Arrivals are from 5pm until 7pm. In case of arrival after 7 pm, it is imperative to inform the reception otherwise it will not be possible. The days of arrival and departure are Saturday for the following period 15/06/24 to 31/08/24, outside this period, contact us to know our availability. Departures take place between 9:30 and 10:00. Rentals are for a minimum of 7 nights (for any shorter stay, contact us). Water, electricity are included in the rental price (excluding the heating package in low season. Before taking possession of your rental, the stay must be paid in full (balance, charges, rental of bed linen and towels, cot - Baby, high chair). The rental is made strictly personal. The tenant may not under any circumstances sublet or assign his rental without the consent of the owner. The Tenant agrees to clean the kitchen area before departure. The fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle must be rendered spotless and in good working order. Dishes and utensils should be thoroughly cleaned and dried. The lessor reserves the right to cancel the rental contract if a case of force majeure (fire, natural disaster, etc…) causes him and the tenant to be unable to use the rental under normal conditions. In this case, the deposit collected would be returned to the customer. Regarding payments on site, the balance and payment of the charges of your stay can be made by: Checks or Cash. The deposit is made by check or transfer. In the latter case, the copy of the receipt must be attached with your rental contract. The rentals are "non-smoking", possibility to smoke on the terrace. Fees in payment on site - Tourist tax: 5.50% of the price per night and per person (except -18 years) Mandatory - Costs relating to hygiene, sanitation and maintenance services of the park Mandatory - € 45.00 (type T1 housing) - € 50.00 (T2 type housing) - € 55.00 (T3 type housing) - € 60.00 (T4 type housing) - Heating: € 15.00 per week (according to need) mandatory - Bed linen rental € 12.00 per bed per change. Optional - Rental of towels € 12.00 per person per change. Optional - Baby cot € 23.00 per bed per stay (to be booked and subject to availability). Optional - Baby chair € 15.00 per bed per stay (to be booked and subject to availability). Optional - For animals, ask us. Free access washing machine in an external room. Cancellation policy: Cancellation at least 60 days before the arrival date: the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation between 30 and 60 days before the arrival date: 50% of the outstanding balance is charged. Cancellation after the dates indicated, in case of no-show at the stay or early departure, the full balance will be claimed. |
