Description - decorated with care in contemporary and orientalist style, the apartment offers space and comfort for 4 people and a baby, in two large bedrooms (23 m² and 30 m²) - Located on the 2nd floor (elevator) of an old luxury hotel, this apartment of more than 100 m ² is exposed east, south and west. It is very bright, and thanks to the trees of the little busy avenue, whose lush foliage brings greenery and calm, there is no vis-à-vis. Quiet location in the heart of Vichy - It was awarded the Qualified Five Star rating in September 2017. Our apartment is a complete accommodation. No roommates or other occupants. The neighborhood - The neighborhood is quiet. The apartment is located 100 to 300 m from the 3 spas, 200 m from Lake Allier, 400 m from the casino, close to 20 restaurants (the simplest to the star), a grocer / baker, antique dealers and gallery owners, a museum, doctors (one in the building, several across the avenue). It is easy and free to park in the neighborhood, there are also supervised car parks nearby, at moderate prices. Equipment - All beds measure 90 x 200 cm and can be united two by two (180 x 200 cm) or separated. Sheets and duvets are available for each configuration. Each room has a TV, a chest of drawers, a radio alarm clock, an armchair, bedside tables with lamps and bed mats. The shading is complete with exterior shutters, interior blinds and thick curtains. There is TV, HiFi, VDO in the living room, radio in the kitchen, and complete equipment (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, blender, Nespresso, kettle, etc…) - Toilets separated. Two dressings. Sheets, table linen and towels provided. Welcome - We live abroad The welcome and departure are made by one of our friends, always ready to help : a walker or crutches ? A bed for or a baby seat ? If available, it's free. In addition optional daily or weekly cleaning services, or at the pace that suits you, can be arranged. They are to be paid to the person who will welcome you. Transport - Everything can be done on foot from the apartment, even walks of 10 km along Lake Allier. Access from the train station (1 km) can be done on foot or by taxi (5 minutes, really cheap). There are many opportunities for sports, horseback riding, swimming, cycling, hiking, golf, miniature golf, archery, etc. We have written a guide in FR and EN to facilitate your apartment, leisure, culture, mobility, shopping, catering… Let us guide you if you wish… and enjoy ! Cleaning (tariff 2019) - Cleaning fees : 130,00 € (2 persons) + 36,00 € per extra person - Arrival on Sunday : 27,50 € - Departure on Sunday : 50,00 € - => to be paid in the arrival to the person who makes the welcome. An invoice will be issued by the service provider. It allows a tax credit for tax residents. Tourist tax - € 2.50 per night and per major occupant => to be paid on arrival - Deposit - € 500, refunded on departure. A certificate of liability insurance is also required.
