Weekend : arrival Friday from 16h to Sunday departure time choice. High season from Saturday 14h to Saturday 10h. Article 1 - Conclusion of contract : The reservation will be effective after the propiétaire has verified the availability of shelter for selected periods. The reservation will be confirmed after the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total rental and a copy of the lease signed and dated in the shortest possible time. A second copy is kept by the tenant. The lease agreement between the parties hereto shall in no way benefit even partially to third parties, natural or legal persons - without written agreement of the owner. Any breach of this clause would likely result in immediate termination of the lease to harm the tenant, the rental income remaining definitively the owner. Article 2 - Duration of stay : tenant signing this contract for a fixed term shall in no circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay. Article 3 - Cancellation by the tenant : All cancellations must be notified by registered letter to the owner. Cancellation before arrival at the scene : the deposit is forfeited to the owner.. It may request the remaining amount of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the date of entry into the premises. If the tenant does not occur within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes null and the owner can dispose of his cottage. The deposit is also the owner who asked for the balance of the rent. If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains the owner. There will be no refund. Article 4 - Cancellation by the owner : In case of cancellation of the lease by the landlord, the tenant will reimburse the full amount paid, and an allowance equal to the amount paid. Article 5 - Arrival : the tenant must provide the exact date and time specified in this contract. In case of late arrival or delayed, the tenant must notify the landlord. Article 6 - Regulation of the balance : the balance of the rental is due 30 days before arrival. Otherwise the cottage can be made available to someone else and the deposit kept by the owner.. Article 7 - State and inventory : An inventory is jointly and signed by the tenant and the owner or his representative at the arrival and departure of the deposit. This inventory is the only reference in the event of a dispute regarding the inventory. The cleanliness of the house to the arrival of the tenant will be found in the inventory. The cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period and before his departure. The amount of any cleaning fee is based on the calculation mentioned in the description Article 8 - Security Deposit or Deposit : Upon arrival the tenant, a deposit of Euros is requested by the owner. Article 9 - Use of premises : The tenant will enjoy renting a peaceful manner and make good use in the designated places : holiday home. The tenant agrees to make the furnished his departure, as clean and tidy as he found on his arrival. Article 10 - Capacity : This contract is for the maximum number of persons indicated on the lease. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner can refuse the extra people. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the client. Article 11 - Animals : This contract specifies if the tenant can stay or not in the company of a pet. In the event of breach of this clause by the tenant, the landlord may refuse the stay. In this case, no refund will be made. Article 12 - Insurance : The tenant is obliged to ensure the room which is rented. It must therefore determine whether your home insurance policy covers holiday (vacation rental). In the opposite case, it shall take the necessary extension, theft in the rental period is charged to the tenant. Article 13 - Tax : the tax is applied from 1 January 2009 for those over 13 years. The amount is set at 0.77 € per person per night. Article 14 - disputes - Any complaints regarding the situation and the state of the description in the lease, must be reported within 24 hours after delivery of the keys.
