On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, crockery and the high chair for young children, all open to the living room with its sofa and its 2 armchairs, the table with its extensions and its chairs, the television and a toilet the whole giving on a terrace with its table and its chairs, the parasol and the barbecue. On the floor 4 rooms : room n ° 1 parental room with its bed of 140 * 190 and its bathroom shower toilet ; room n ° 2 its bed of 140 * 190 ; room n ° 3 its bed of 140 * 190 plus 2 bed of 80 * 190 plus a cradle ; room n ° 4 the joy of the children with its 4 beds of 90 * 190. In rooms 1-2-3, it can be added an umbrella bed. Our 4 bedrooms have a closet with wardrobe, a mirror, a table and chair and tv, all served by a corridor. The stairs are secure against slipping and protected access at both ends by a barrier for young children, an umbrella bed is available. The accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for people with motor disabilities. The cottage is completely independent and parking is nearby. The surface area of the accommodation is 125 m². Parking is near the accommodation - Arrival is allowed from 16h, the departure is fixed at 11h last time. Rules of procedure Evenings and parties are not allowed. It is forbidden to fix decorations or other on walls or ceilings - No smoking inside the dwelling, to eat in the rooms. Animals are not allowed, those accompanying people are not concerned. Towels are available. Sheets (duvet cover and pillowcases) are mandatory for reasons of hygiene, they can be made available for a fee of € 7 per bed. If travelers are in supplement of the reservation, the person in charge of the hiring must ask us our authorization and they will have to pay 13 € per person and per night on their arrival. Places must be respected and made clean. A cleaning fee of 40 € for those who wish. All travelers acknowledge having read the rules of the site and to respect it. Expl : arrival scheduled on Tuesday 10 at 16h, refund if cancellation before 16h on Tuesday 3. If cancellation less than 7 days half of the stay will be refunded.
