Gite 31 is situated in the foothills of the Pyrenees, an hour south of Toulouse, in the commune of Salerm. It offers 2 good size bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, light and spacious living room, large 10 x 6 heated pool and an acre of gardens. The two-bedroom gite sleeps up to 6 people - a master bedroom with ensuite shower room, pretty twin bedroom (can be converted into another double) and a sofa bed in the lounge, if required. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with wood burner, TV, games and a PS4. An additional shower room makes this ideal for a family of 4 with extra sleeping space if required. Children of all ages are welcome (cot and baby equipment available) as well as well-behaved medium-sized dogs. Outside guests can enjoy a large swimming pool, sun loungers, gas or charcoal BBQ, high-end bikes and a clubhouse with table tennis and lots of children's activities. There are plenty of places to relax and recharge your batteries and in the evening you can take advantage of the fantastic sunsets down at The View for an apero or alfresco dining. Wifi and an equipped desk for remote working is available as well as fruit and vegetables from the garden and a welcome basket on arrival.
In the gite you will find a plentiful supply of information on the local area and the owners, who live on site, are always available to provide further suggestions regarding places to eat and drink, towns to visit and things to do. if you're sporty, the local free tennis court is available 24/7 as well as our bikes. Dog walkers are spoilt for choice with Fabas forest across the way as well as two lakes within walking distance. If you're looking for peace and quiet and simply wish to relax, Gite 31 is the place for you!
